Ethiopian washed v60. Black tea, briefly lemon. Medium roast, but dull, flat, boring. Nothing wrong with it, just boring. Alright.

Anaerobic natural Colombia v60. Bright stonefruit, peach and plum. Pink fruits, juicy. Super sweet, soft, fermented fuzziness. Superb.

House espresso. Milk chocolate, raisin, caramel. Fatty texture. Good acidity and sweetness, just a brief harsh, bitter finish. Pretty good.
