Indonesia CoE #3 anaerobic natural v60. Funky, tart. Thin and short apple + pineapple juice, really luscious. Missing vibrance. Really good.

Indonesian Sumatra anaerobic natural pourover. Tropical fruits, brown sugar. Lemon, pineapple. Sweet, not candy. Clean fruit juice. Great.

Indonesia Halimu natural cold brew. Apricot, red apple, currants. Sweet apple finish. Watery, soft, not stale. Refreshing. Pretty good!

Indonesia natural batch brew. Bright passion fruit and sweet pineapple. A bit watery and dry. Lots of processing flavor, but really good.

Blue Bottle Sumatra natural spro. Burnt orange, red grape, lots of acidity. A bit thin, light coating texture. Brief wheaty flavor. Good.

Indonesian Kintamani natural spro. Super bright candied purple fruits. Some muddled flavors and florals. Very complex, syrupy. Superb.

Indonesian Kintamani natural spro. Bright, very acidic. Very fruity into a flat finish. Complex, but a bit muddled. Pretty good.

Sumatran spro. Above-average light roast. Stonefruit and good acidity. Yellow sweetness linger. Tart dried stonefruit. Bit dull, but good.

"Sumatra Mandein" Practiced technique, by eye, very odd. Juicy Plum + orange. Dark yet fruity, not bitter. Dark chocolate cherry! Clean.

Indonesian again, better with milk. Still a bit complex, but muddled and dull.

Indonesian Sulawesi. Darker than prev. Too much going on. Bit balance, odd bits of brightness. Not that sweet, slightly bitter.. Confused.
