El Salvador anaerobic natural v60. Red apple, caramel, pretty sweet with a very dry finish. Pretty good.

Mexican washed batch brew. Caramel, smooth milk chocolate. Maybe red grape? Not super fruity. Earthy. Drinkable.

Guatemalan washed aeropress. Traditional, medium development. No clue. Sweet, some cocao. Super dull. Very muddled. Not bad.

Ethiopia washed v60. Medium development, fairly sweet. Muddled stonefruits, very indistinct. Bitter floral tea. Not bad, drinkable.

Ethiopia Guji Uraga natural chemex. Apricot, tealike. Slightly fruity. Muddled and sweet. No real vibrancy. Alright, drinkable.

Colombia anaerobic natural batch brew. Banana, strawberry, cherry. Very fermented scent. Creamy, baked cheesecake. Pretty good.

Congo Mapendo washed spro. Sweet, jammy. Orange citrus. Acidic bite finish. Quite harsh, dull. Just alright.

Ethiopian spro - remake of an over (offered 😄). Red fruit, bright, and bit sweet. Lingering bitter. Bit thin. Strawberry. Cooled very well.

Ethiopian Pourover. Clean, bit sweet, not bitter. Black tea, touch honey, and meyer lemon. Thin, could almost pass as tea except the smell.

Indonesian again, better with milk. Still a bit complex, but muddled and dull.

Indonesian Sulawesi. Darker than prev. Too much going on. Bit balance, odd bits of brightness. Not that sweet, slightly bitter.. Confused.

Rwandan pourover. Good tech, great smell. Earthy, vegetal, tea, unknown red/stone fruity brights. Delicate and soft mouth feel. Oddly sweet.

Same Costa Rican in macc form. Tartness and milk are a bit odd, competing. Prefer the spro so far. Sweetness feels gone, sourness shines.
