Ethiopia Guji Uraga natural chemex. Apricot, tealike. Slightly fruity. Muddled and sweet. No real vibrancy. Alright, drinkable.

Sidamo chemex. Fairly clean, low body and linger. Red floral and fruit juice, citric acidity. Best cool. Good sweetness. Bit too toasty. 👍

Tanzania AA chemex, medium+. Too clean, lacked body. Earthy & green vegetal (not really a development issue). Bit juicy, but indistinct.

Chemex
A chemex. Not sure what beans and I can't really tell either. Acidic reds, winey perhaps. Lots of dark chocolate notes. Moderate sweetness.

Chemex
grown in Yirg
Yirg Chemex. Dirty, muddy, too fine of a grind. Nothing great: clean, reds, unspectacular. Likely underdeveloped or extracted..

Chemex
SO on Chemex. Very mellow. A bit of vegetal bitterness with some reds going on. Just too clean and mellow for anything.

CC El Sav Chemex. Very clean, a bit lacking in depth. Slightly underextracted, too fast, but good tech all in all.
