Sidamo DP Guji spro. Cold 🤨 and hot. Lime spritzer pairing forces green acidity. Super stonefruit, great body, brown sugar. Great, hot 👌

Ethiopian Sidamo v60. Super thin, predominately black tea. Hints of red fruit, stonefruit, and citrus. Too clean, almost nothing. Just ok.

Eth Sidamo spro. Dark char crema. Slight red/pink notes, mild floral stonefruit. Lacking fruit, quite acidic, bitter, low sweetness. Meh..

Sidamo chemex. Fairly clean, low body and linger. Red floral and fruit juice, citric acidity. Best cool. Good sweetness. Bit too toasty. 👍

People's Eth Sidamo and Guji siphon. Guji is fruitier, citrus, sweeter, brighter. Sidamo shows more earthy bitters. Phoebe is not a fan.

People's Coffee; Eth Sidamo siphon. Bitter red, cherry. Lasting tartness. Red florals. I think a v60 would make it much cleaner and 👌.
