Rocket Ethiopian Boji natural filter. A bit dull, stale. Red stonefruit, bits of acidity..grapefruit. Black tea, really long linger. Good.

Rocket Panamanian Gesha washed v60. Strawberry jam, bitter finish. Funky acidity, lots of tropical notes. Very complex. Great.

Rocket Costa Rican natural v60. Red berries, very fruity. Bit of a hay-like linger. Good acidity, bit dull. Good.

Rocket Guatemalan washed kalita. Medium body, sweetness. Fruity. Pink, strawberry..milk? Citric acidity. Really soft finish. Quite good.

Rocket Kenya washed v60. Roasted red fruit, blackberries, apricots..? Juicy, grape. Harsh acidity, underlying grassy. Thin, unsweet. Good.

Rocket Colombia washed extended fermentation filter. Really, super green; matcha bitterness?? Toasty. Not sweet or fruity. Dull. Alright.

Rocket Ethiopian washed filter. Super milky, cacao husk and black tea. Very tart fruit finish. Dry, dull. Interesting. Pretty good.
