Rocket Ethiopian Adado Yirg washed spro. This great tart, sweet red grape. Underlying orange acidic notes. But different, but really great.

Rocket Burundi dry then washed spro. Chocolate start. Red fruit, cherry scent. Sweet. Tropical and floral tones. Complex, muddled. Lovely.

Rocket Coffee washed Costa Rican spro. Vibrant, dark caramel and red fruit. Complex, condensed, syrupy fruit. Luscious texture. Lovely. 👌👍

Rocket Coffee natural Yirg spro. Darker profile, but bright red fruit and lingering yellows. A bit juicy, tart pineapple. Bit tart. Good. 👍

Rocket Natural Ethiopian. Bright, tart dark apricot and lemon - citrus. Yellow tropical notes and yellow sweetness. Spectacular acidity. 👌

Rocket Ethiopian spro. Sparkling red berries, a bit sour start. Great body and depth. Warm, charred, but juicy, reds. Lacks sweet. Great. 👍

Rocket Kenya spro. Carbon crema. Burnt floral aroma, pink jam, sour berry. Bright reds; thick, long. Bit sour, fruity vinegar preserves.. 👌

Rocket Chelelektu spro. Tangy, charred stonefruit. A bit on the sour side, but body, bitterness, and sweetness were solid. Good.
