Grey St Roasting Panama Colombia washed honey v60. Honeysuckle, light banana cream, green tea linger. Subtle and sweet. Really good.

Grey St Roasting Costa Rican anaerobic natural v60. Over-fermented pineapple, bright strawberry. Sweet and rounded. Really good.

Grey St Roasting Kenya spro. Malic acid, bitter raspberry, briefly fruity. Caramel, cacao nibs. Bit dull and short. Pretty good.

Washed Ethiopia Sidama spro. Bright, puckering lime, full bodied with acidity start. Lingers into toasty, raisin notes. A bit dark but good.

Zephyr Coffee Blacksmith blend spro. Burnt blackberry jam. Very dark sugar. Smooth, bright acidity and sweetness, just a bit burnt. Alright.
