Short black. Dark and tangy orange with chocolate throughout. A fairly vibrant traditional. I'd guess it's the Red Rabbit Guatemalan. Good.

People's Coffee short black. Well executed, but darker blend coffee. Dark reds and traditional blend. Just okay. Perhaps a brunch place..

Rwandan short black. Nice roastery. Green, vegetal, but juicy. Very bright. Lovely red fruit, buy masked by the green acidity. Passionfruit?

El Salv short black. A bit dark, but juicy red fruit.

Brazilian short black. Burnt sawdust and charcoal..? I don't understand, the setup and roastery all scream great speciality coffee to me. 😭

Ethiopian short black. Quite dark, no standout flavors. Carbon bite forgot. Quite a thick crema. Not good for me. Dark roast, unknown beans.

Short black. Good development on a city+ roast, but not speciality beans. They use a tiny [sample] roaster for production. Bad for my taste.

Burundi short black. Juicy, sweet, vibrant. Nice acidity, quite clean today. Lovely.

Short black house blend. Same as Morning Magpie. Nothing super noteworthy.

Rwanda Honey Rugali short black. Flavors are overshadowed, long black was better. Some acidity; dark chocolate, caramel notes.

Rocket coffee SO Natural Eth short black. Hot, Lovely: bright fruity reds & pinks. Great crema?? Cooling loses sweets, grows sour. 👍💯
