Firsthand Kenya batch brew. Red apple, muddled caramel. Sweet, fruity midtones, but fairly dark linger. Just okay.

Hocus pocus roasters Colombia XO natural v60. Red grape, thin, charred finish. Alcoholic berries smell. Muddy and drastic, but good.

Dak Coffee Bolivia Gesha experimental natural v60. White grape, molasses. Funky yet clean and distinct. Mellow, constant acidity. Good.

Washed Ethiopia Sidama spro. Bright, puckering lime, full bodied with acidity start. Lingers into toasty, raisin notes. A bit dark but good.

Zephyr Coffee Blacksmith blend spro. Burnt blackberry jam. Very dark sugar. Smooth, bright acidity and sweetness, just a bit burnt. Alright.

Rocket Ethiopian & Rwandan washed blend. Tart grapefruit. Good sweetness. Balanced. Pretty good. Bit of a sour start.

Flight Doi Saket spro. Vibrant, tinge dark, pink fruity notes, quite clear. Warm, full body. Berry-like delicacy. Great acidity. Superb 👌
