Dak Coffee Bolivia Gesha experimental natural v60. White grape, molasses. Funky yet clean and distinct. Mellow, constant acidity. Good.

Washed Ethiopia Sidama spro. Bright, puckering lime, full bodied with acidity start. Lingers into toasty, raisin notes. A bit dark but good.

Flight Colombia La Aurora natural batch brew. Super sour turned fruit, vinegar. Tropical, passionfruit. Bergamot, pink grapefruit. Not good.

Zephyr Coffee Blacksmith blend spro. Burnt blackberry jam. Very dark sugar. Smooth, bright acidity and sweetness, just a bit burnt. Alright.

Rocket Ethiopian & Rwandan washed blend. Tart grapefruit. Good sweetness. Balanced. Pretty good. Bit of a sour start.

Flight Doi Saket spro. Vibrant, tinge dark, pink fruity notes, quite clear. Warm, full body. Berry-like delicacy. Great acidity. Superb 👌

EightThirty filter, probably a Colombian. Fairly stale. Not too roasty, good acidity, vague sweetness. Indistinct fruit, too mellow. Meh.

Rocket spro? Jasmine scent, med body. Great acidity. Indistinct red fruit. Somewhat traditional, cocoa finish. Good execution, okay profile.

Red Rabbit Sidama washed spro. Quite short. Dark cocoa nib start. Soft red fruit: red apple, stonefruit. Caramel sweetness. Too balanced. 👍

Rocket Chelelektu spro. Tangy, charred stonefruit. A bit on the sour side, but body, bitterness, and sweetness were solid. Good.

El Salv. Juicy stonefruit, burnt sugars. Thick and vibrant. Pretty great, just a bit too dark/developed for me.

Rocket Chelelektu spro. A bit off on extraction, came out dark; or it's older now, unsure. Good acidity, reds, stonefruit, white florals.

Eth Sidamo spro. Dark char crema. Slight red/pink notes, mild floral stonefruit. Lacking fruit, quite acidic, bitter, low sweetness. Meh..

El Salvador spro. Orange chemical scent flavor. Alright.

Rwandan short black. Nice roastery. Green, vegetal, but juicy. Very bright. Lovely red fruit, buy masked by the green acidity. Passionfruit?

Chelelektu filter: v60? Overly thin, dark purples, reds. Raisin, stonefruit. Cools bad. Not sweet enough, ok acidity, almost hot cold brew..

El Salv spro. Good acidity and body. Light yellows. Honey sweetness. Pretty great again.

Ethiopian Chelelektu spro. Great acidity, citric acid. Sourness akin to grapefruit. Overall, orange notes with a carbon bite. Great.

El Salv short black. A bit dark, but juicy red fruit.
