Grey St Roasting Kenya spro. Malic acid, bitter raspberry, briefly fruity. Caramel, cacao nibs. Bit dull and short. Pretty good.

Proud Mary Panama Finca Momoto Maragogype natural filter. Subtle rose water, caramelized raisin sweetness, short and thin. Pretty good.

Proud Mary El Salvador SL28 anaerobic honey filter. Dark red fruit, plum, thick sweetness. Soft, rounded acidity, dry finish. Really good.

UCR Colombia Huila El Diviso Sidra anaerobic natural filter. Nectarine, sweet red pineapple, acidic bite. Juicy, fruity, tannins. Superb.

Burundi anaerobic yeast long black. Grape, lime, red pineapple. Juicy start, yet tart and very dry linger. Pretty good.

Ethiopian gesha village natural v60. Light pear, plum. Faint, delicate, succinct. Brief acidity, really clean. Not too bright. Great.

Indonesia CoE #3 anaerobic natural v60. Funky, tart. Thin and short apple + pineapple juice, really luscious. Missing vibrance. Really good.

Ethiopia Nonsenbo natural spro. Light, sparkling red grape. Floral, long-lingering. Sweet warm milky body. Blackberry. Bit dull, quite good.
