Colombia La Florida pink bourbon washed v60. Grapefruit, citric acidity. Just stonefruit and citrus. Sweet finish. Thick body. Good.

Espresso blend? Tart, sweet, balanced. Citrus, fruity, pink grapefruit. Great acidity. Sweet milk chocolate finish. A bit indistinct. Great.

Ethiopian Biloya natural v60. Red fruit, roasted pineapple. Alright acidity. A bit dark, muddled, unclean. Boring, but almost good.

Nicaragua La Esperanza natural aeropress. Spiced, astringent blueberry. Musty, muddled. Odd extraction, salty and astringent. Almost good.
