Colombia La Florida pink bourbon washed v60. Grapefruit, citric acidity. Just stonefruit and citrus. Sweet finish. Thick body. Good.

Colombian Mallorca natural yellow bourbon as espresso. Filter roast. Very bright, acidic, pungent yellow fruit. Overripe pineapple. Good.

Colombian Mallorca yellow bourbon natural fetco. Pineapple bite, juicy yellow fruit. Cools to a dry texture with a pink fruit: Lychee? 👌

CR Bourbon spro. Toasty sweetness, reds. Something very familiar with it. A bit of a charcoal linger. Red berry or apple forefront.

CR Bourbon filter. Darker than normal, traditional with reds. Sweetness abounds. I'm partial to the Villalobos still.

CR Bourbon filter. Sweet dark chocolate cherry. Goes into tart bitterness, traditional sweetness. Dried red/purple, cherry. Dark sweets.

CR Bourbon filter. Great white florals. Soft reds, creamy, but dark sugars. Still interesting, but more traditional than I like.

CR Bourbon spro. Bright red, berries, and apple. Less traditional than filter. Sweet dark sugars and reds. Crisp and lingering acidity.

CR Bourbon filter. Hot: meh; dark sugars, toasty, chocolate. Better warm. Reds. Cooling it's cherry like, crisp not tart. Traditional sweet.

El Salvador bourbon spro. Carbony crema. Sweet, green apple tart. Not bright, just acidic. White florals, bit of red. Not spectacular to me.

El Salvador bourbon filter. Good balance, body. Orange florals, delicate, sweet. Stonefruit, juicy, creamy. Sharp, subtle acid. Very clean.
