Rwandan natural batch brew. Raisin, plum. Juicy with a dry finish. Clean, sweet. Pretty good.

Mexico Finca Las Nieves COE#1 Gustavo Boltjes Rising filter. Grassy, earthy with tropical overtones. Super sweet and complex. Really good.

Panama Elida Estate Plane Gesha natural filter. Green mango flesh, lemongrass, herbaceous. Mellow, sweet, bits of brightness. Really good.

Ona Ecuador Finca Clara Cruz natural filter. Really soft and mellow, under-extracted. Red pineapple, sweet, but dull. Pretty good.

Coffee Circular Yemen Anaerobic Natural v60. Flat, earthy start, opens up to bright candied orange, red berries. Interesting acidity. Great.

Panama Iris Estate ‘Enigma’ natural filter. Pink florals, strawberry coulis. A tad dull, floral bitters. Really good.

Panama Hacienda La Esmeralda gesha washed v60. Super delicate, floral, jasmine. Brief apple, touch of sweetness. Basically perfect.

Panama Altieri Estate DFS Natural gesha v60. Very rounded texture and soft. Sweet honey guava, strawberry jam. Poignant acidic bite. Superb.

Brazil hybrid natural batch brew. A bit nutty start. Fruity, jammy sweetness, long lingering almond/marzipan. Dull and just alright.

A blend spro. Has this complex tang to it.. Tangy orange/red fruit and chocolate. Burnt caramel. Super traditional, good profile though. 👍

Guatemalan spro. Thin, bit cold. Burnt purple fruit crema. Super sweet, vibrant orange fruit. Chocolate linger. Superb traditional sweet.

Square One Bolivian v60. Dark, burnt purple plum. Sweet orange notes. Good start, horrible finish. Odd chemical astringent green acidity. 😒

Brazil Divisia spro. Warm sugars, a bit thick. Juicy stonefruit. Sugar forward: juicy caramelized sugars. Toffee, caramel, or something.

Columbian or Brazilian? SO spro. Juicy traditional stonefruit. High acidity, poor balance, bright. A bit toasty. Not clean, muddy. Not bad.

Columbian washed Wush Wush v60. Great whites, floral, green/white malic acid. Light stonefruit. Thin, mellow, not clean. Good balance. 👌

House spro. High acidity, ok balance. No outstanding fruit, but a bit red. Typical blend, traditional, but more sour/acidic. Ok.

Columbian La Piramide spro. Red/purple, sweet. Somewhat juicy red grape. Milky, coating. An odd chemical flavor. A bitter touch of charcoal.

Brazil #3 Divisia filter. Tropical spice, musty smelling. Juicy start, dry linger. Non-vibrant peach. Great sweets: honey, darker, toasty.

Brazil #2 spro. Condensed sugars and stonefruit. Darker, brighter. Thick, syrupy. A bit too much body, lingering seared, acidic sugar. 👍

Columbian filter. Great space. Very purple, passionfruit aroma, mellow, quite thin. No body, bitter linger. Traditional with purples. Okay.

Brazilian spro. Very traditional Brazilian, great balance and body. Touch of vinegar acidity, burnt notes. Great reds, dark sugars, toasty.

Kenya Nguku AB spro. Stonefruit, orange/purple, great body. Carbon crema fades fast. Bitter acid, dim, little fruit. Needs sweetness. Good..

Columbian spro. Spicey citrus smell and crema. Great orange, sweet to start. Mild dark acidity, a touch bitter. Carmelized, vibrant orange.

Brazil filter. Stonefruit floral. Fruit-forward, thin, mellow body, condensed sweetness and fruits. Bit thin and drying, but very sweet.

CoE #1 Brazil filter. White, florals, stonefruit. Silky. Lacking the yellow/pineapple notes, more bitter. Better cooled, but spro was better

Panamanian natural geisha filter: Esmeralda Reina. Roast 2/29. Pungent sweet, floral smell. Tealike. Purple fruit, raisin, syrup. Sweet! 👌

Brazil CoE #1 natural spro. Thick, silky, luscious pineapple. Very yellow/white floral and fruit. Wow. Vibrant, lovely! Spectacular.

Timor spro. Burnt orange crema, low sugar, good citric acid. Ok body and linger. A bit thin and not well balanced (low sweetness). Great.

Panama Zorro Geisha filter. Last coffee here! Clean, super sweet red/pink. Almost a fake ice creamy cakey, flavor.

Honduran Pacas natural. Lovely red fruit, nice acidity. Still not super clean, good balance of traditional and vibrant reds.

Honduran Parainema filter. Fairly traditional flavors, moderately juicy red fruit. Less clean than prior.

Honduran Pacas Natural spro. Super fruity reds. Bright, nice acidity, nice balance. Darkness from the crema reigns it in. Strawberry punch.

Honduran Pacas natural filter. Juicy orange fruit, kumquat..? Very nice, delicate. Good brightness, sweetness, great red coffee.

El Salv washed small lot varietal. Sweet, bright, a bit muddy. Citrus and purple tropicals. Very delicate; tea thinness. Some carbon notes.

Kenyan washed. Tart, sweet purple candy. Harsh sour start faded into vegetal, underripe roast notes. Otherwise a vibrant, sweet purple.

Honduran Nahun spro. Dark, over-caramelized syrup with a seeping brightness. Bitter, bright dark red, purple. A bit muddy, complex.

Honduran Parainema spro. Moderate red, orange, acidic. Low fruit, low sweetness. Bright with a bit of a harsh bite. Complex, balanced.

Honduran Nahun filter. Dark red, purple floral and some green roasty notes. Thick dark, slight bitter stonefruit. Delicate, but traditional.

Honduran Pacas natural spro. Very soft reds, florals, with some mellow traditional bitters. Nice and bright, good acidity.

Honduran Pacas experimental natural filter. Wonderful red cherry, strawberry, and red floral notes. Ashy acidity. Very fruity, lacking body.

Honduran Parainema filter. Soft orange, melon. Very light, floral. Thin. Not as fruity as it was on the table.

Guat Santa Isabel spro. Very sweet, bright, thick, fruit with dark notes. Puckering. Contrast of lovely bright fruits and puckering bitters.

Guat La Esperanza filter. Darkish reddish oranges. Clean, but not super complex outside of traditional. Sweetness. Warming, good mouthfeel.

Guat La Esperanza spro. Super bright floral red smell. Bright bitter – not vinegary, separated. Quite bright, dark sugars. Not super fruity.

Guat Santa Isabel filter. Starts a bit vegetal, super thick red fruitiness. Peculiar sweetness and tartness. Very soft floral fruits.

CR Villalobos filter + Eth Konga Mocha master. CR is a bit off. Getting old or a bit over. Still not bad. Kong is a touch stale, but good.

CR Villalobos spro. Quite bitter tart crema. Punchy red fruit, quite bright. Vaguely sharp bitterness. Good reds. Overall favorite spro.

CR Bourbon spro. Toasty sweetness, reds. Something very familiar with it. A bit of a charcoal linger. Red berry or apple forefront.

CR Villalobos filter. Tart raisin or prune, very purple with decent sweetness. No earthiness found, but skipped hot.

CR Bourbon filter. Darker than normal, traditional with reds. Sweetness abounds. I'm partial to the Villalobos still.

CR Bourbon spro. Bright red, berries, and apple. Less traditional than filter. Sweet dark sugars and reds. Crisp and lingering acidity.

Panama Geisha Aramoa filter (2 different grinds). Higher extraction was more vibrant orange, red berry. Lower was soft floral, red berry. 💯

CR Villalobos spro. Bright. Soft apple, reds, floral, fruity. No earthiness or sweetness in spro roast. Spectacular for a CR.

CR Bourbon filter. Hot: meh; dark sugars, toasty, chocolate. Better warm. Reds. Cooling it's cherry like, crisp not tart. Traditional sweet.

Villalovos, honey Costa Rican. Starts earthy, transitions into floral, light sweetness, reds. Light red berry. Linger, full, super complex.

Last Natural Konga filter, swap tomorrow. A bit over? Very tangy, yet dark stonefruit.

El Salv Pacamara spro. Carbon crema, great white florals. Super bright. Warm, fruity. Very sweet. Very tart, almost toffee apple, not quite.

El Salvador Pacamara filter. Carbony, a bit harsh to start; migrated into more of a mellow bitter black stonefruit tea. A bit thin. Alright.

El Salvador bourbon spro. Carbony crema. Sweet, green apple tart. Not bright, just acidic. White florals, bit of red. Not spectacular to me.

El Salvador bourbon filter. Good balance, body. Orange florals, delicate, sweet. Stonefruit, juicy, creamy. Sharp, subtle acid. Very clean.

El Salvador Ethiopian Heirloom on spro. So, so bright. Crema is a harsh burnt sour. Stonefruit, sweet. Thick yet delicate. Pref on filter.

El Salvador Pacamara spro. Bright!! Stonefruit. Crisp acid, almost green apple. Slight chocolatey notes. Amazing red / white smell. 👍👍

Eth Natural Kalita. Bittersweet red berry. Solid body. Lacking brightness. Cools to a sweet, charred stonefruit. Not tealike, bolder.

Guatemalan filter. Red berry, green apple acid. Juicy, burnt, sour sweetness. Earthy raspberry. Like a tart apple tea. Alright, different.

Cold brew is quite sweet and bright, very light. Cascara tea is delightful! Puckering, sweet, great aroma. Sparkling citrus-y refreshing.

Columbian spro, pictured. Bitter blood orange. Very bright even with a few toasty notes. Quite thin - maybe a bit under, but ideal to me. 👍
