Costa Rican Montes de Cristo washed Kalita. Burnt start, a bit nutty, wheaty. Spicy, bubbly. Finishes with a brief pineapple. Okay.

Costa Rican Higueronal anaerobic natural spro. Sweet and nutty. Fresh cranberries, bright, juicy. The nuttiness is odd, otherwise great.

Costa Rican Cañal natural batch brew. Succinct sweetness and red currants. Frangipane. Finishes with lingering brown sugar. Balanced, good.
