Regalia coffee Colombia anaerobic natural v60. Delicate white peach, white grape, florals. Very soft, watery, dry finish. Pretty good.

Sey Coffee washed Burundi v60. Soft green apple, malic acidity, with milk tea. Very delicate. Juicy, but a watery body. Pretty good.

Ethiopian Bombe natural v60. Red berries, strawberry, but mostly indistinct. Muddled and sweet with a dry tea finish. Pretty good.

Colombia washed batch brew. Sweet milk chocolate, muddled red fruits and dates. Fruity and silky, but indistinct and dull. Alright.

Colombia Lacia gesha natural v60. Alcoholic bananas with a red currant later. Fermented pineapple juice. Super natural. Really great.

Colombia Tiki Punch SL28 natural v60. Sweet berry jam. Bright acidity, dry finish. Complex tropical fruit. Papaya, sweet pineapple. Great.

Bolivia washed gesha batch brew. A bit stale, old. Malic acid, red florals. Muddled fruits, dull. Pretty good.

Ethiopian sidamo washed batch brew. Really fruity, red raspberry and peach black tea with a splash of lemon. Spritz, bubbly. Really good.

Colombia Yenny Esperanza thermal shock washed spro. Fresh strawberry and strawberry tart. Clean, thick body. White florals. Really great.

Costa Rican Las Lajas black honey batch brew. Super juicy, dark sweetness, jammy. Red fruits, mostly muddled and jammy. Really good.

Ethiopian v60. Black tea, dull fruits. Muddled and over-extracted. Dry, big body. Light caramel. Alright.
