UCR Colombia Huila El Diviso Sidra anaerobic natural filter. Nectarine, sweet red pineapple, acidic bite. Juicy, fruity, tannins. Superb.

Anaerobic natural Colombia v60. Bright stonefruit, peach and plum. Pink fruits, juicy. Super sweet, soft, fermented fuzziness. Superb.

Colombia Nedier Criollo washed v60. White pear, apple; indistinct muddled fruits. A bit dull, floral. Complex. Clove finish. Pretty good.

Colombia strawberry wine yeast honey v60. Super strawberry scented; highly processed. Raspberry milk. Jammy finish and very sweet. Great.

Manhattan coffee Colombia washed batch brew. Dull, sweet lemonade with apricot. Milk chocolate body. Pretty traditional, but good.
