Brazil hybrid natural batch brew. A bit nutty start. Fruity, jammy sweetness, long lingering almond/marzipan. Dull and just alright.

Square One Bolivian v60. Dark, burnt purple plum. Sweet orange notes. Good start, horrible finish. Odd chemical astringent green acidity. 😒

House Blend
House spro. High acidity, ok balance. No outstanding fruit, but a bit red. Typical blend, traditional, but more sour/acidic. Ok.

Columbian La Piramide spro. Red/purple, sweet. Somewhat juicy red grape. Milky, coating. An odd chemical flavor. A bitter touch of charcoal.

Kenya Nguku AB spro. Stonefruit, orange/purple, great body. Carbon crema fades fast. Bitter acid, dim, little fruit. Needs sweetness. Good..

Timor spro. Burnt orange crema, low sugar, good citric acid. Ok body and linger. A bit thin and not well balanced (low sweetness). Great.
