Colombia Las Flores natural opal gesha v60. Pure rose and lychee. Juicy, vibrant. Herby, floral finish. Superb.

Colombia La Florida pink bourbon washed v60. Grapefruit, citric acidity. Just stonefruit and citrus. Sweet finish. Thick body. Good.

Espresso blend? Tart, sweet, balanced. Citrus, fruity, pink grapefruit. Great acidity. Sweet milk chocolate finish. A bit indistinct. Great.

Ethiopian Biloya natural v60. Red fruit, roasted pineapple. Alright acidity. A bit dark, muddled, unclean. Boring, but almost good.

Nicaragua La Esperanza natural aeropress. Spiced, astringent blueberry. Musty, muddled. Odd extraction, salty and astringent. Almost good.

Ethiopian Gedeb natural v60. A tad grassy, underdeveloped. Red berries, cherry. Short acidity, a bit dull and boring. Alright.

Costa Rica washed filter. Apricot, strawberry; lighter traditional. Full bodied, juicy acidity. Straw-like, but not too grassy. Good.

Columbia CoE 2019 #6 Bella Vista 91.19 washed filter. Orange peel, tart red grape, vanilla. Medium profile. Briefly charred finish. Just ok.

Honduras Los Flores natural v60. Pineapple candy. Incredibly soft and clean. White peach, white grape. Funky, but balanced. Just superb. 👌

Ethiopian Goji natural hand drip. Dark, tart acidity. Blackberries, plum. Amazingly sweet: bit stale, dull extraction. Beautiful and superb.
