Sumo Ecuador Yabamine anaerobic washed Kalita. A lot of alcoholic notes and acidity with red berries and tropical finish. Great.

Costa Rican Montes de Cristo washed Kalita. Burnt start, a bit nutty, wheaty. Spicy, bubbly. Finishes with a brief pineapple. Okay.

Peru Las Etiopes natural gesha kalita. White florals with blueberry concentrate. Delicate with a muddled tropical fruit finish. Great.

Colombia Felipe Restrepo anaerobic natural kalita. Delicate red fruits, berries but without acidity. Natural process finish. Creamy. Great.

Kenya Kalita poursteady. Fruity, muddled, syrupy flavors.. Indistinct, apricot flesh, but grassy, wheaty. A bit dull. Good.

Verve Ethiopia Chelbesa washed kalita. Lots of rose water, delicate peach juice. Very faint, thin, delicate. Super clean. Good.

Ethiopia washed kalita. Lots of black tea, powerful. Some citric acidity. Medium finish. Stewed apricots muddled with brown sugar. Good.

Grey Roasting Ethiopian washed Kalita. Citric. Molasses, bit of dark sweetness. Fruity, but complex and muddled. Smooth, balanced. Good.
