Yunnan extra natural v60. Light, fruity pinot. Spicy finish. Syrupy, developed sugars. Sweet, a bit muddled, a bit brown. Good.

China Yunnan natural v60. A bit earthy, mushroom, nutty smell. Red grape, soft floral, pistachio finish. Soft bergamot. Pretty good.

Yunnan Puer AiZhe honey v60. Nutty, earthy, delicate. Red apple honey pastry. Low acidity apple juice. Smooth green tea. Interesting, great.

Yunnan coffee. Interesting earthy notes. Cute little shop. Not much fruit or acidity to speak of and over roasted, but interesting.
