Taiwan Alisan natural kalita. Medium, roasted hojicha, red cherries, Christmas spices. Dull and traditional. Not very good.

Ethiopia Guji natural anaerobic spro. Full bodied green acidity. Really fruity, but underextracted acidity with a stale, bitter linger. Good

Guatemala El Injerto washed filter. Very nutty. Vanilla, lavender, apple skin, subtly sweet. Good body, amazingly smooth and balanced.

Colombia Natural

Colombia Las Palmas natural fermented w/ passionfruit. Passionfruit ice cream, green melon and grape, finishing tea-like bitterness. Great.

Ethiopia Nonsenbo natural spro. Light, sparkling red grape. Floral, long-lingering. Sweet warm milky body. Blackberry. Bit dull, quite good.

Burundi washed origami. Full body, yellow plums, fruity. Lemonade, citric start. Finished a bit nutty and sweet. Cools to be pretty good.

Fuglen Ethiopian washed pourover. Soft, thick body, orange and caramel. Toasty. Red grape, long tea-like linger. Pretty good.
