Sidamo "Phoenix" Natural Geisha siphon. Red florals. Soft red and yellow fruits. Juicy, silky. Passionfruit, mellow acidity. Pineapple. 👌👍

Yirg siphon. Creamy texture, moderate dark reds, malic acid. Crisp, decently clean. Black tealike. Charred florals. Solid medium+.

Peru Chanchamayo natural siphon. Dark, sweet, condensed purple orange. Stonefruit chocolate. Spectacular, but a bit too dark chocolatey. 👍!

People's Eth Sidamo and Guji siphon. Guji is fruitier, citrus, sweeter, brighter. Sidamo shows more earthy bitters. Phoebe is not a fan.

People's Coffee; Eth Sidamo siphon. Bitter red, cherry. Lasting tartness. Red florals. I think a v60 would make it much cleaner and 👌.
