Yirg siphon. Creamy texture, moderate dark reds, malic acid. Crisp, decently clean. Black tealike. Charred florals. Solid medium+.

Ethiopian Guji siphon + demo. Soft and clean. Medium+ roast. Moderate florals, vague reds, okay sweets and acidity. No vibrancy. Good.

Peru Chanchamayo natural siphon. Dark, sweet, condensed purple orange. Stonefruit chocolate. Spectacular, but a bit too dark chocolatey. 👍!

Guji siphon. Slight orange, purple stonefruit. Burnt sugars. Good, but muddy, lacking vibrance and sweets. Nothing stands out.

People's Eth Sidamo and Guji siphon. Guji is fruitier, citrus, sweeter, brighter. Sidamo shows more earthy bitters. Phoebe is not a fan.
