Colombia Quebraditas yeast inoculated thermo shock washed v60. Superb lychee bubblegum scent. Banana, super tropical. Superb.
Ethiopian Werka natural spro. Purple grape, toasted sweet walnut chafe, punchy fruity finish. Full body creamy mango. Great.
Guatemala La Familia washed spro. Red grape, grassy and chocolatey. Fruity, but muddled and roasted out. Good.
Guat SO spro. Main looks black. Geisen 2kilo(?), Slayer. Crema = 🤒. Good for med+. Reds, dark choco, complex, smokey. Not my fav, but 👌
❤️ Panama f. ziska SO syphon. Carbon smell. Ash overtone throughout, no bitter. Purple, currant, raisin, molasses. Ripe, juicy pear. Clean 👍👍
❤️ Columbian, Brazil spro. Balanced light+; nice acidity & stonefruit brightness. Puckering fruit juice. Cools to clean, savory sour/bitter. 👌
❤️ Ethiopian spro. Food on palate 🤒 Super juicy, bright, "blue" raspberry-ish. Fairly clean, slight sour linger. Cooled nutty and bitter. 👍👌

❤️ Washed Kenyan. Warmed cup. Amazing presentation. Immediately purple juice pop then red fruits. Lingering sweetness into nutty. Bright, clean

Multi-roaster - Heart Ethiopian Jipat filter. Tart, but vague sweetness, acidic, dark chocolate bitterness. Full bodied, not super clean. 👍
"Hand Brew" Natural Ethiopian Kebena Forest SO (similar to Trunks Wollega). Initially a bright medium. Blue/purple fruits. Not super clean.
Macc. Dark, thin, hot. Burned and under-extracted. Dark reds, some acidity, minimal sweetness. Complex, but not for me.
Single origin Columbian. Burnt caramel orange. A bit overroasted, but moderately bright and sweet.
Syphon Papua New Guinea. Vaguely toasty, not grainy. Light spice. Tealike. Subtle citric. Maybe too clean. Bit of a milk chocolate finish.
Macc. Quite dark. Nothing great to say, not third wave.
Flat white. Proper Australian, texture is right. The spro was fairly bitter, ratio was more latte, but that could be normal.
House blend espresso is Nic, Eth, Sum. Thin, fairly bright and acidic, almost sour, medium- roast. Dark reds. Competing brights and bitters.
