Bomber blend macchiato. Don't like it, but it's just caffeine today. More grinder issues 😓 Super acidic against milk, lacking sweetness. 🤷

Macchiato. Dark roasted commodity coffee. Meh.

Macc. Dark, thin, hot. Burned and under-extracted. Dark reds, some acidity, minimal sweetness. Complex, but not for me.

Macc. Medium+, bitter, bad milk integration (thin). Spro itself is thin too. Served in a piccolo glass? Layout is good, but dirty and dark.

Laa Ceuva macc. Brings out smokiness too much with milk I think. Will try capp.

Macc like a double. Roasted dark, prob between second and french. Mostly chocolate - some stonefruit and acidity, but hidden and dark. Meh.

Same Costa Rican in macc form. Tartness and milk are a bit odd, competing. Prefer the spro so far. Sweetness feels gone, sourness shines.
