Ethiopian spro - remake of an over (offered 😄). Red fruit, bright, and bit sweet. Lingering bitter. Bit thin. Strawberry. Cooled very well.

Ethiopian Pourover. Clean, bit sweet, not bitter. Black tea, touch honey, and meyer lemon. Thin, could almost pass as tea except the smell.

Indonesian again, better with milk. Still a bit complex, but muddled and dull.

Indonesian Sulawesi. Darker than prev. Too much going on. Bit balance, odd bits of brightness. Not that sweet, slightly bitter.. Confused.

Rwandan pourover. Good tech, great smell. Earthy, vegetal, tea, unknown red/stone fruity brights. Delicate and soft mouth feel. Oddly sweet.

Same Costa Rican in macc form. Tartness and milk are a bit odd, competing. Prefer the spro so far. Sweetness feels gone, sourness shines.
