House blend spro. No SO 😔 Burnt milk chocolate, tart orange. Dry, decent acidity, but quite boring and bitter. Traditional, not that bad..

Honduras Maria Adela Catracha washed spro. Chocolatey body, green grape, soft and fruity. Balanced and succinctly acidic, but really good.

Rwanda Sholi washed batch brew. Dark, oily, tobacco. Burnt toffee. Lacking fruits. Amazingly dry. Burnt fruit notes, indiscernible. Bad.

Bolivia washed espresso. Vanilla, dark toasted sugars. Not fruity, dried fruit leather. Creamy with an acidic yellow grapefruit bite. Okay.

Thailand typica khun lau anaerobic natural v60. Dried blackberry and apricot. Lots of malic acidity. Sour milk tea finish. Pretty good.

Burundi natural v60. Dark, stewed apricots, plums. Rich with indistinct fruits. Natural, green banana slight tinge. Odd clove finish. Great.

Ethiopia Guji Uraga natural chemex. Apricot, tealike. Slightly fruity. Muddled and sweet. No real vibrancy. Alright, drinkable.

Colombia anaerobic natural batch brew. Banana, strawberry, cherry. Very fermented scent. Creamy, baked cheesecake. Pretty good.

Congo Mapendo washed spro. Sweet, jammy. Orange citrus. Acidic bite finish. Quite harsh, dull. Just alright.
Ethiopia Yirg batch brew. Black tea, peach, lime citrus. Fairly dull and muddled. Decent coffee, stale brew. Alright.

Verve Ethiopian Halo Beriti washed kalita. Balanced, yellow sweetness. Sweet, yellow plum. Dull, bit tart acidity. Alright.

"Light Roast" Uganda organic batch brew. Everything is muddled. No fruit, some sweetness and acidity. Stale. Chocolatey. Burnt. Meh.

Phil & Sebastian Kenya Rukira washed pourover. Super grassy, green melon. Purple fruits, raisin. Bit sweet, floral bitters. Dull. Alright.

Onyx Colombia La Palma natural Gesha pourover. Muddled fruits, grape and tropical. Sweet, dry juice. Black tea, not floral. Decent Gesha.

Verve Nicuraguan spro. Dark, fruity. Tons of development. Acidic red berries and juicy! Great body. Briefly burnt finish, but really great.

Coava Ethiopian natural v60. Briefly stale. Profile is great, delicate purple berries. Fruity; unclean, muddled flavors though. Really good.
Ethiopian Kilenso. So light. Very happy! Strawberries galore. Milk is good as always.

Same Costa Rican in macc form. Tartness and milk are a bit odd, competing. Prefer the spro so far. Sweetness feels gone, sourness shines.
Had a medium roasted Ethiopian harrar coffee on syphon....not a fan. Burnt, over extracted. Too bitter to find anything. Too hyped. 1st wave
grown in El Salvador
CC El Sav Chemex. Very clean, a bit lacking in depth. Slightly underextracted, too fast, but good tech all in all.
House was dark red berries, dark chocolate; bitter without brightness. Cooled a bit sweeter. Needed more balance via milk or bright/sweets.
