Thailand typica khun lau anaerobic natural v60. Dried blackberry and apricot. Lots of malic acidity. Sour milk tea finish. Pretty good.

Thai Beanspire Doi Saket natural, typica spro. Dark chocolate dipped red berry. Fresh, tad roasty. Really thick! Sparkling fruity acid. 👌

Colombian El Encanto washed typica spro. Very fruity. Cherry, sweet red apple, stonefruit. Silky, oily. A bit boring, not vibrant or floral.
