Indonesian Sumatra anaerobic natural pourover. Tropical fruits, brown sugar. Lemon, pineapple. Sweet, not candy. Clean fruit juice. Great.

Bolivia Washed

Bolivia washed espresso. Vanilla, dark toasted sugars. Not fruity, dried fruit leather. Creamy with an acidic yellow grapefruit bite. Okay.

Winter Blend pourover. A bit toasty, wheaty, some acidity, but dull. Very jammy fruits, muddled. Boring. Not bad, not good.

Ethiopia Gedeb Metad natural v60. Dark peach, blackberry. Lots of peach, muddled sugars. Floral bitters. Little vibrance. Pretty good!

Mexican Chiapas Finca Santa Cruz v60. Bittersweet juicy, jammy apricot. Super rounded and balanced. Toasty notes, burnt sugar linger. Good.

Blue bottle Kenya Nyeri peaberry washed v60. Super juicy blackcurrant and raisin. Milk tea finishing texture. Fairly sweet. Clean, good.

Blue Bottle Sumatra natural spro. Burnt orange, red grape, lots of acidity. A bit thin, light coating texture. Brief wheaty flavor. Good.

SO spro. Fairly typical of blue bottle profile. Decently bright, medium, bitter. Sweet cocoa.

A location that isn't white! Same as SF/Oak; medium chocolate notes with good stonefruit; needs more sweetness, but balanced. Bitter finish.
