Ethiopia natural v60. Fruity grape, peach, red and black berries. Soft, but dry. Great acidity. Indistinct but really good.

El Salvador natural spro. Blackberries, caramelized. Red grape, but not very clean. Thick finish, pretty bright. Really good.

Ethiopia natural v60. Oolong, peach, berries, grape juice. Lots of fruit juicy flavors. Dull and a bit over-extracted, but still good.

Papua New Guinea natural Gesha v60. Caramel candy. Lemon and cloves. A bit dull. Muddled chocolate maybe? Balanced, good.

Ethiopia Tamiru Murago natural v60. Soft texture. Blackberry, grape. Consistent acidity and body. Jasmine, orange. Really good.

Ethiopia Sidamo medium natural filter. Peach, strawberry jam. Long linger, a bit caramel. Floral finish. Good.

Colombia El Divisio natural v60. Strong pineapple, guava. A hint of over-fermentation. Bright, pungent, with a sweet floral finish. Superb.

Honduras El Monarca washed v60. Red apple, floral. Full bodied, smooth, with some iced tea sweetness. Pretty good.

Ethiopian gesha village natural v60. Light pear, plum. Faint, delicate, succinct. Brief acidity, really clean. Not too bright. Great.

Indonesia CoE #3 anaerobic natural v60. Funky, tart. Thin and short apple + pineapple juice, really luscious. Missing vibrance. Really good.

Anaerobic natural Colombia v60. Bright stonefruit, peach and plum. Pink fruits, juicy. Super sweet, soft, fermented fuzziness. Superb.

Colombia strawberry wine yeast honey v60. Super strawberry scented; highly processed. Raspberry milk. Jammy finish and very sweet. Great.

Yunnan extra natural v60. Light, fruity pinot. Spicy finish. Syrupy, developed sugars. Sweet, a bit muddled, a bit brown. Good.
