Catalyst Costa Rican semi washed spro. Super acidic, brief sweetness. Red grapefruit, green non-vegetal acidity. Really lovely.

Catalyst Coffee Yirg spro. Bright, dark, green orange. A bit citrusy akin to bergamot. Good texture. Bit dark and toasty, good fruity acid.
