CR Villalobos spro. Quite bitter tart crema. Punchy red fruit, quite bright. Vaguely sharp bitterness. Good reds. Overall favorite spro.

CR Bourbon spro. Toasty sweetness, reds. Something very familiar with it. A bit of a charcoal linger. Red berry or apple forefront.

CR Villalobos filter. Tart raisin or prune, very purple with decent sweetness. No earthiness found, but skipped hot.

CR Bourbon filter. Darker than normal, traditional with reds. Sweetness abounds. I'm partial to the Villalobos still.

CR Villalobos spro. Bright, juicy. Punchy, tart, chocolatey. Bright reds overall. Quite fine.

CR Bourbon filter. Sweet dark chocolate cherry. Goes into tart bitterness, traditional sweetness. Dried red/purple, cherry. Dark sweets.

CR Villalobos filter. Bright red florals. Immediate red, green earthy tartness. Still tobacco, but less. Bright light reds, solid sweets.

CR Bourbon filter. Great white florals. Soft reds, creamy, but dark sugars. Still interesting, but more traditional than I like.

CR Venecia filter. Underripe vegetal, musty upfront; very green. Then red/purple lingers, juicy: prune? Green bitter acid. Coating mouthfeel

CR Villalobos spro. Bright, almost sour; reds. Vaguely green/tobacco. Light reds, light florals. 9+ acid. 9+ body, 8+ linger.

CR Villalobos filter. Starts earthy, tobacco, almost grass. Cools to strawberry, light reds, florals. Overall, green bitterness. Weird good.

CR Bourbon spro. Bright red, berries, and apple. Less traditional than filter. Sweet dark sugars and reds. Crisp and lingering acidity.

CR Villalobos spro. Bright. Soft apple, reds, floral, fruity. No earthiness or sweetness in spro roast. Spectacular for a CR.

CR Bourbon filter. Hot: meh; dark sugars, toasty, chocolate. Better warm. Reds. Cooling it's cherry like, crisp not tart. Traditional sweet.
