Santa Colomba Brazil spro. Super ripe purple fruit, berries. Jammy, bit sweet. Dark chocolate finish. Very tangy. Great!

Short black. Dark and tangy orange with chocolate throughout. A fairly vibrant traditional. I'd guess it's the Red Rabbit Guatemalan. Good.

Guatemalan spro. Dark red apple, red stonefruit. Nice acidity: tangy. 70% chocolate and a minor nutty linger. Cools to a sour, purple fruit.

Yirg spro. Dark toffee, dark chocolate bitterness, nearly rounding acidity. Dark stonefruit peering through, but quite muted and muddy. Ok.

Panamanian Geisha spro. Yellow florals. Straight pineapple juice with a light brown sugar sweetness and brown acidity. Just spectacular. 👌
