Costa Rican washed french press. Expensive, roasted grapes...a bit of a light berry linger. Light, sweet, but with a burnt finish. Drinkable

El Salvador Finca Del Jaime anaerobic natural pacamara v60. Light berries, malted milk chocolate, red grape. Very light, dainty sweet. Great

Honduras El Monarca washed v60. Red apple, floral. Full bodied, smooth, with some iced tea sweetness. Pretty good.

Taiwan Alisan natural kalita. Medium, roasted hojicha, red cherries, Christmas spices. Dull and traditional. Not very good.

Ethiopia Guji natural anaerobic spro. Full bodied green acidity. Really fruity, but underextracted acidity with a stale, bitter linger. Good

Guatemala El Injerto washed filter. Very nutty. Vanilla, lavender, apple skin, subtly sweet. Good body, amazingly smooth and balanced.

Colombia Las Palmas natural fermented w/ passionfruit. Passionfruit ice cream, green melon and grape, finishing tea-like bitterness. Great.

Costa Rica anaerobic natural spro. Bright, bitter grapefruit, molasses, strong acidic bite with a bitter charred linger. Bit chalky. Good.

Firsthand Coffee Colombia washed spro. Puckering blackberry, black grape. A bit underextracted and sour, but really good.
