Ethiopia natural origami. Sour burnt caramel. Muddled red apple, grape. Really dull, lacking cleanliness. Alright.

Ethiopia natural v60. Fruity grape, peach, red and black berries. Soft, but dry. Great acidity. Indistinct but really good.

El Salvador Santa Rosa honey pacamara v60. Muddled red grape covering tropical fruits. Juicy, medium body. Chills fruity. Pretty good.

Ethiopia washed batch brew. Black tea, lemon, dry rambutan. Really juicy vibrant stary with a very dry tea-like, oily finish. Really good.

El Salvador natural spro. Blackberries, caramelized. Red grape, but not very clean. Thick finish, pretty bright. Really good.

Peru CoE#19 Gesha washed v60. Lemon, orange floral. Brown sugar. Very balanced and consistent, but a bit boring. Pretty good.

Papua New Guinea natural Gesha v60. Caramel candy. Lemon and cloves. A bit dull. Muddled chocolate maybe? Balanced, good.

Ethiopia Tamiru Murago natural v60. Soft texture. Blackberry, grape. Consistent acidity and body. Jasmine, orange. Really good.

Natural El Salvador. Bright red berries, lingering lemon charred caramel. Grape, red floral. Sparkling, but a bit of dark overtones. Great.

Burundi washed filter. Moderately bright, caramel red apple with a rounded cacao finish. Sweet, good acridity, but traditional. Okay.

Costa Rican washed french press. Expensive, roasted grapes...a bit of a light berry linger. Light, sweet, but with a burnt finish. Drinkable

Guatemala El Injerto washed filter. Very nutty. Vanilla, lavender, apple skin, subtly sweet. Good body, amazingly smooth and balanced.

Colombia Las Palmas natural fermented w/ passionfruit. Passionfruit ice cream, green melon and grape, finishing tea-like bitterness. Great.

Colombia La Union-Marino washed v60. Winey, muddled fruits. A touch of boysenberry, acidic and unsweet. Dull, flat, lacking depth. Good.

Ethiopia Worka Sakaro G1 washed spro. Extremely acidic, under-extracted? Persimmon, black tea, red apricot. Rose lemon. Complex. Okay.

Colombia Los Nogales lactic fermentation v60. Soft sweetness, white peach, grape. Bit muddled, jammy, flat. Lacking vibrance. Quite good.

Blend pourover (out of single origin). A bit dark, acidic, bitter. No real fruit. Washed, very balanced.

Thailand Doi Saket anaerobic natural. Muddled. Brief fruits, a bit winey, a bit of spice. Missing vibrancy, brightness. Clean. Pretty good.

Kenya Gathaithi AA washed Hario Switch. Green mango. Blackberries. Acidic and green, oddly pleasant. Deep, thick body. Barley. Really good.

Ethiopia Anasora natural Hario Switch. Bright strawberry scent, super delicate berry, watermelon finish. Super thin, watery. Sweet! Superb.

Tanzanian v60. Red apple, burnt caramel. Medium roast is very dark! Not very good.

Panama gesha anaerobic natural v60. Cloying red pineapple, strawberry candy. Pineapple juice, lots of process. Jasmine. Harsh. Really great.

Colombia double anaerobic washed v60. Guava, brief red cherry. Red orange vibrance. Pretty acidic, soft, alcoholic finish. Really good.

Mexican Chiapas Finca Santa Cruz v60. Bittersweet juicy, jammy apricot. Super rounded and balanced. Toasty notes, burnt sugar linger. Good.

Ethiopia v60. Berry, black tea. Milky. Alcoholic linger. Clean, but cools a bit oddly. Missing brightness. Alright.

Guatemalan v60. Yellow fruit, raw sugar. A bit of a malic acidity bite. Not developed enough. Alright.

Unir Kenya french press. White peach, very smooth, medium body. Delicate acidity. Fatty linger. One-note, clean. Pretty good.

Unir Honduras spro. Bright purple grape, sour underripe cherries. Lacking vibrant fruits. Yellow chocolate, wheaty finish. Not bad.

El Salvador Los Alpes natural filter. Very burnt start. Dark black cherry. A bit acidic, some fruit. Burnt molasses. Not terrible, not good.

Ethiopia Yirg G1 siphon "light". Burnt, no flavor.

Blend espresso. Red cherries, chocolate, lemon. Well balanced, long finish, medium body, medium+ roast. Toasty. Good.

Ethiopian Yirg G1 natural v60. Great acidity and aroma. Medium profile. Full bodied, dark plum, blackberry. A bit toasty, but pretty good.

Colombia Sandra Milena Mora caturra washed v60. Fruity, juicy mouthfeel, acidity. Orange stronefruit. Chocolate finish. Grassy, dull. Good.

Unknown blend spro. Thick crema, bright, great acidity. Milky texture. Stronefruit, apricot. Very charred finish, burnt beans. Almost great.

Colombia La Pradera Castillo natural v60. Bright, vibrant berries, plum. Currants, almost wine. Basic pH, spicey cloves, odd.. Excellent.

Guatemalan or Columbia v60? Medium-light profile. Tart, but short acidity. Grapefruit. Stronefruit: apricot. Cooled, quite sweet. Ok.

Kenya AA washed v60. Washed scent, superb acidity. Vibrant, dark plums, blackberry. Rounded. Brief caramelized brown sugar finish. Superb.
