Rwandan Mbilima washed origami. Raisin acidity. Faint tangerine juice behind dark purple fruits. Dark currant, grape. Tealike finish. Great.
Peru Cecovasa washed origami. White fruit, pear. Very juicy malic acidity. Nutty, complex sweetness. Dark, muddled fvalors. Great.
Kenya Karimikui washed origami. Grapefruit and tomato acidity; briefly vegetal, but citric. Juicy blackcurrants, savory linger. Complex. 👍
Costa Rica Herbazu black honey Kalita. Dark fig sweetness, raisin tart. Lots of dark fruit, sweet. Full, funky. Metallic tinge: water? Good.
Ethiopia Kamata natural spro. Super bright dark berries. Red fruits. Great development, tad toasty. Odd savory or metallic linger..? Great.

Colombian CoE #9 El Plan washed origami. Delicate purple plum, dark cherry, purple grape tartness. Good finishing sweetness. Great.

Trunk Ethiopian Kambata sun-dried origami. Dull, tart acidity. Red florals. Tannin-like. Lots of ripe, sweet red berry/currant/cherry. 👍
Last Wollega by Ai 😢 tastes good! Nice red berry.
❤️ Wollega. Orange florals. Great texture, light, bright. Black tea & stonefruit mostly. Loses brightness as it cools.
Wollega by Suzuki. Bright. Almost sour start. Dark stonefruit notes, minimal sweet, almost tart. Coating texture, red fruity smell. Warm.
Trunk Kenyan Kangunu, washed. A bit dark, nutty, dark red fruit.
Wollega. Bright, tealike, juicy. Sweeter, bolder than before. Apricot skin? Something changed? Not berry now, but still great. My palate? 🤔
Wollega. Getting a metallic taste the past few times and I haven't started Keto uey
Wollega. Quite good 🤗 Manami makes it better than most consistently.
Wollega. A bit dark. Suzuki makes it best by far.
Wollega. Dark tea. Slight dark berry notes.
Wollega. So much better here than S5104 🙄. Great viscosity, red/black berry notes. Tealike is hidden. Man this is great.
Wollega. A lot of black tea, probably overextracted or getting old, still pleasant, but yesterday was an under-extracted blackberry!
Wollega. Dark red & orange again, maybe it's the citrus in the wayer.. Overextracted version without the berry notes, but the orange is new.
Trunk Wollega. A bit over today, so much more black tea and dark red berries than the hopeful pop I prefer.
Trunk Wollega. Nothing new.
No capp so double latte, oh well. No tasting notes here beyond hot chocolate.
Trunk Wollega. Quite a dark red or purple. Blueberry and strawberry. Darker than both though, touch scorched, no bitterness. Quite complex.
Rwanda CoE '15 #3 89.89. Thick texture, purple, plum. Slight citrus and acidity, good sweetness. Sitting in FP ➡ dark reds. Not vibrant 😞.

Eth Kochore washed Kalita. Thin tealike, red floral/berries, started honey ➡ darker. Bit of sweetness. Not complex or vibrant enough. Okay
Kenyan Gith.. FP. 2 steampunks... Dark reds, currants, plum. Acidic. Sweet & thickening mouthfeel cooling. Vague yellow fruit. Muddy. Okay..
Espresso & Tonic, iced. Mistake ordering, oops. Puckering orange, from tonic? Sweet and quite acidic. Dark reds, raspberry! Tonic skewing.
East Timor, medium-. 4oz serving? Detailed coffee menu. Brown/red flavors, acidic and sweet. Molasses, nutty, prune/raisin? Cooled tart.
❤️ Kenya Gathunga(?). Kalita only. Nice mug! Peculiar mellow orange start into yellow fruit. Sweetness 👌 Slight savory note. Cools well. 👍💯
❤️ Eth Nekisse natural, french press. ~10 SO offerings! Dark, thin tea, red berry. Juicy peach ➡ lighter fruits. Cools so well, sweet, lingers.

Daburu spro, Eth + Rwandan + Indonesian blend. Bitter crema, okay sweetness behind it. Nice reds and brights. Not super distinct, muddy. 👌
Trunk Wollega, otherwise Obscura. Cute, tiny shop. Nice man. Black tea as usual, missing the delicate berry notes, but generally okay.
"Sumatra Mandein" Practiced technique, by eye, very odd. Juicy Plum + orange. Dark yet fruity, not bitter. Dark chocolate cherry! Clean.
Eth Yirg pourover. Fuji Royal roaster. Tiny shop, skate decks, punk, messy. Red berry, black tea, muddy, overextracted? Not 💯, but good 👍
Wollega. Tealike, faint juicy red/purple. Less blueberry, more red berries and plum? Very balanced, sweet, lacking acidity. Tea bitterness.
SO spro. Fairly typical of blue bottle profile. Decently bright, medium, bitter. Sweet cocoa.
Spro, blend of Ken, Eth, Guat. Medium, smokey, almost savoury, bitter/sourness. Minimal fruit. Fairly dark, little chocolate, decent sweet.
Drip only, started clean on spro. Had a Guat. Very bitter when hot, cooling sweet orange: decent enough, but lacking somehow. Revisit
❤️ Costa Rican spro. Bright, light, bitter cacao, caramel. Orange notes. Not very complex or clean. Quite acidic. Enjoyed it, straightforward.
Trunk's Wollega. Ai is here.
Hama Pourover. Nice citrus.
Wollega. Very tealike now. Missing the blueberries 😭
Another day, another Wollega. Might as well be a black tea. Maybe I'm a tea person? Missing the blueberries though 😭 but 👍
Wollega. Not quite clean or bright, time to switch to something else for a bit.
Wollega. Not so clean and bright today. Still good.
Laa Ceuva macc. Brings out smokiness too much with milk I think. Will try capp.
❤️ Espresso CoE Laa Cueva from Mexico. Very balanced. Crema tart green, smokey. Very bright and so sweet. Red fruit too, somewhere.. Amazing👌
Hama Pourover. Also, cupping. Forgot it was Wednesday.
Hoshikawa Kafe Sidamo on Aeropress. Odd, thick (oily) mouthfeel 👍. Cooled tart green apple, very tealike, jasmine, etc. Sweet, not bright.
Wollega. Brighter than previous days, either under or degassed. Happy. 👌
Wollega. It's degassed well now, blueberries are back! Still a bit dark and bitter. Guessing over or cleanliness comes from more age.
Wollega is back. Underwhelming, needs time still since roasting, I'm hoping. Not bright enough yet.
Hama Ethiopian. I should get this more often. Cools to a sweet orange + lime. Very black tea, a bit more than my liking. Complex and clean.
Wollega out of stock 😦 what will I do. Ordered Kibiru Kenya. More chocolate and orange or some citrus. Sweet, but darkish. Not bad.
Wollega. Smelled wonderful again. Honestly, perfect. Perhaps time between coffees makes it taste better. Never tried that.
Wollega. First visit post her FeelsBadMan, but she's not here. Very blueberry. So nice. I'm glad I came back.
Wollega. She was happy to see me.
Wollega. Charlie makes it best, I get the blueberries after it cools a bit from being fairly bitter to start 😀😊
Wollega and a book. She wore dangly earrings today. This might be weird.
Wollega. Darker, less clean, less fruity. Get a later sweet raisin and strawberry at cooling stage, but warm was muddier than normal.
Wollega. Tasting a lot more raisins right now.
Wollega again. Tastes normal this time, like I have taste buds again! 🙂 🤒
Wollega. I'm sick and just had an orange cough drop. I get tons of orange, juicy, which is wrong.
Daburu Capp, Rwandan. It's a bit brighter, perhaps due to age vs the previous batch. Still vegetal and stuff. Different, not bad.
Daburu Costa Rican Capp. Very good. 💯👍👌
El Injerto Guat Daburu Capp. Didn't record, but good.
Carrizal Capp. The balance is nice. Tiny bit of muddy/bitter flavours come through, but I like it more than the Rwandan. Very good 👌.
Carrizal Costa Rican Espresso. Super acidic ~ tart green apple. Brightness is a big punch! 👍 Borderline sour, but texture okay, not under.
Tasting Hama & Wollega w/ D and KJ.
Costa Rican. Red fruit, low brights, high sweets. Great mid levels, clean, but not terribly distinct. Great coffee, but I miss the brights.
Double Capp. Very pleasant.
A Capp. Double this time - they use double baskets so not sure why I ever ordered a single, just not used to that. Earthy and slight bitter
Hama Eth Washed Pourover. Slight black tea, mostly reds. Very bright 👌. Not very discernable or clean. Nice sweetness, good balance for me.
Wollega v60. Good as always.
Cupping Ethiopians. Trunk Hama was super vibrant, lemony cupped - didn't get that in pour over. Switch Coffee Tokyo Sidamo also good, smoky.
Capp. The texture is wonderful, Suzuki does a great job. 👌👌
Wollega v60. I've said all I can say! 👌 I like it.
