Rwandan Remera Buf v60. Winey red currants, great acidity. Subtle stonefruit and sweetness. Dried purple fruit. A touch green. Great. 👍

Ethiopian Sidamo v60. Super thin, predominately black tea. Hints of red fruit, stonefruit, and citrus. Too clean, almost nothing. Just ok.

Columbia v60. Bitter raisin, charred sugars, meh. Cooling it's great: juicy golden raisin, coating sugars. Bad when hot. A bit thin, acidic.

Columbian washed Wush Wush v60. Great whites, floral, green/white malic acid. Light stonefruit. Thin, mellow, not clean. Good balance. 👌

Lemoncilo v60. Sourish. Tastes a bit lemony obv; bit bitter, possibly over, but not bad. Not super clean / distinct, muddy, not fav flavor.

Another v60 Wollega! Over, but good. I think underextracting is the way to do it. Light on berry, more like a fruity black tea.

Wollega Natty Ethiopian v60. More extracted than last, but still 👌. More black tea - blueberry is super delicate. Still bright. Sweeter.
