EightThirty filter, probably a Colombian. Fairly stale. Not too roasty, good acidity, vague sweetness. Indistinct fruit, too mellow. Meh.

Unkown traditional cappuccino. Latte sized. Very dark, burnt chocolate. Super thin milk. Chickory..? Horrible coffee. Still a trail treat.

Flight Coffee La Granja filter. Yellow fruit, like a moderately bittersweet melon. Good acidity, Los sweetness. Pretty great, true to brand!

Rocket spro? Jasmine scent, med body. Great acidity. Indistinct red fruit. Somewhat traditional, cocoa finish. Good execution, okay profile.

Red Rabbit Sidama washed spro. Quite short. Dark cocoa nib start. Soft red fruit: red apple, stonefruit. Caramel sweetness. Too balanced. 👍

Thai Doi Saket spro. Super bright, dark, cooked strawberry syrup. Punchy. Bit of a toasty cocoa finish. A great finish before Te Araroa. 👌

Red Rabbit Yirg spro. Caramelized, charred sweetness. Fairly toasty, but a bit bright. Full bodied. Muddled, indistinct flavors. Good.

Thai Doi Saket spro. Dry, dark cocoa. I get a coldbrew-like acidity. Bit muddled, dark, and indelicate. Not so clean. Alright.
