Las Joyas spro. Spectacular today. Great bright green pear notes with a splash of carbon and dark chocolate. Great texture, tart linger. 👌

Las Joyas spro. Tangy, bitter orange start. Relatively bitter, dark chocolate. Okay acidity, but needs to be shorter imo. Could be better.

Las Joyas spro. Very thin, but a fairly vibrant orange and pear crispness. Fairly tart. Tasty cooled: toasted sugars, milk chocolate. Good.

Las Joyas spro. Thin, broken crema. Great acidity, vibrant orange and milk chocolate. Nice texture. I'd say under, but I'm happy. Good.

Las Joyas spro. Punchy orange pear with carbon crema. A bit muddy and flat Vibrancy died quickly.. Just feels like it's worse with age.

Las Joyas spro. Mellow bitter pear, a bit flat, milky chocolate. Nice texture. Just a bit boring. Muted acidity and no real sweetness. Ok.

Las Joyas spro. Bitter dark chocolate and pear. A bit thin, flat, and muddy. Nothing stands out; acidic, bitter. Not too great today. Ok.

Short black. Dark and tangy orange with chocolate throughout. A fairly vibrant traditional. I'd guess it's the Red Rabbit Guatemalan. Good.
