Wollega. Dark red & orange again, maybe it's the citrus in the wayer.. Overextracted version without the berry notes, but the orange is new.
Trunk Wollega. A bit over today, so much more black tea and dark red berries than the hopeful pop I prefer.

Trunk Wollega. Quite a dark red or purple. Blueberry and strawberry. Darker than both though, touch scorched, no bitterness. Quite complex.
Wollega. Tealike, faint juicy red/purple. Less blueberry, more red berries and plum? Very balanced, sweet, lacking acidity. Tea bitterness.

❤️ Espresso CoE Laa Cueva from Mexico. Very balanced. Crema tart green, smokey. Very bright and so sweet. Red fruit too, somewhere.. Amazing👌

Hoshikawa Kafe Sidamo on Aeropress. Odd, thick (oily) mouthfeel 👍. Cooled tart green apple, very tealike, jasmine, etc. Sweet, not bright.
Wollega. Brighter than previous days, either under or degassed. Happy. 👌
Wollega. It's degassed well now, blueberries are back! Still a bit dark and bitter. Guessing over or cleanliness comes from more age.

Hama Ethiopian. I should get this more often. Cools to a sweet orange + lime. Very black tea, a bit more than my liking. Complex and clean.
Wollega out of stock 😦 what will I do. Ordered Kibiru Kenya. More chocolate and orange or some citrus. Sweet, but darkish. Not bad.
Wollega. Smelled wonderful again. Honestly, perfect. Perhaps time between coffees makes it taste better. Never tried that.

Daburu Capp, Rwandan. It's a bit brighter, perhaps due to age vs the previous batch. Still vegetal and stuff. Different, not bad.
Daburu Costa Rican Capp. Very good. 💯👍👌
El Injerto Guat Daburu Capp. Didn't record, but good.
Carrizal Capp. The balance is nice. Tiny bit of muddy/bitter flavours come through, but I like it more than the Rwandan. Very good 👌.
Carrizal Costa Rican Espresso. Super acidic ~ tart green apple. Brightness is a big punch! 👍 Borderline sour, but texture okay, not under.
Tasting Hama & Wollega w/ D and KJ.
Costa Rican. Red fruit, low brights, high sweets. Great mid levels, clean, but not terribly distinct. Great coffee, but I miss the brights.
Double Capp. Very pleasant.
A Capp. Double this time - they use double baskets so not sure why I ever ordered a single, just not used to that. Earthy and slight bitter
Hama Eth Washed Pourover. Slight black tea, mostly reds. Very bright 👌. Not very discernable or clean. Nice sweetness, good balance for me.
Wollega v60. Good as always.
Cupping Ethiopians. Trunk Hama was super vibrant, lemony cupped - didn't get that in pour over. Switch Coffee Tokyo Sidamo also good, smoky.
Capp. The texture is wonderful, Suzuki does a great job. 👌👌

Nyakabuye Rwandan "cortado". Foam was thin and weird service.. The hot milk hides the tobacco and other possible unpleasantness. 🙄 to 🙂
Lemoncilo v60. Sourish. Tastes a bit lemony obv; bit bitter, possibly over, but not bad. Not super clean / distinct, muddy, not fav flavor.
Rwanda Capp: Nyakabuye. Thin. Tobacco, hazelnut, and something vegetal. Super complex...can't place it all. Something fruity or sweet too.
Another v60 Wollega! Over, but good. I think underextracting is the way to do it. Light on berry, more like a fruity black tea.
Wollega Natty Ethiopian v60. More extracted than last, but still 👌. More black tea - blueberry is super delicate. Still bright. Sweeter.
Costa Rican med roast. Decent florals and dark red fruitiness. Good brightness and acidity, but just over roasted. No sweetness.
Eth. Nat, "Wollega", v60. Amazing blueberry. Even the smell. Slight earthiness, very bright. Not super clean. Not sweet at all, but 👌👌👍
Ethiopian on Aeropress. Dark tea. Bright stonefruit with a forefront of dark sweetness. Almost a dry, creamy texture to finish. Sweet end.
Capp. Unknown fruitiness. Still earthy, but milk drowned that out a lot. Milk may be different than I'm used to. Texture 👌. Very light.
