Las Joyas spro. Immediate vibrant, bitter stonefruit, pear aftertaste, and burnt cocoa linger. Thin and bitter with a vibrant acid upfront.

Red Rabbit La Finca Bolsa Guatemalan spro. Fairly thin, low body, tart. Great stonefruit tang: tangerine. Chocolatey, cooked sugars. Good.

Las Joyas spro. Oddly, a sour pear, but pretty straightforward pear. Milky texture. Great acidic, perhaps under extracted, but I prefer it.

Garabandal Mexican washed Geisha spro. Bitter orange; bright, warm peach. Good body, excellent acidity. Dark berry notes. Lovely, superb. 👌
