Rwandan Shyira spro. Super green start: underdeveloped. Mellows into purple/orange. Raisin, blackberry, touch of citrus. Tart acidity. 👍

Columbian Mallorca spro. Quite green start, floral scent, thick, acidic. Fair bit of yellow fruit and cooked yellow sugar. Just ok today.

Columbian Mallorca spro. Vibrant yellow and thick. Smooth dark chocolate, yellow sugars, yellow fruits. A bit dark and muddy; great start.

Columbian Mallorca spro. Vibrant, bitter, green (underripe), yellow fruit. Spectacular acidity. Burnt cocoa linger as it cools. Solid. 👌

Columbian Mallorca spro. Bright, bitter lime, green orange. Thick, yellow fruit. Odd drying mouthfeel. Still a bit bland (fresh?). Good.
